Job Summary
Own local community engagement by designing and running neighborhood marketing programs, partnerships, and events that build Fleet Feet's connection with runners and convert them into customers.
- Community Growth: Lead events, partnerships, and programs that activate the local running community and drive foot traffic to stores.
- Relationship Management: Build sustainable relationships with clubs, coaches, retailers, and local organizations to expand brand presence.

- Fleet Feet is looking for a passionate, community-focused Community Outreach Manager to lead local marketing initiatives, foster meaningful relationships, and drive customer engagement through creative events and strategic partnerships.
- In this role, you'll play a vital part in growing our brand, acquiring new customers, and ensuring our store remains a hub for the local fitness and running community.
