Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand Awareness: Promote Ally Medical ER within the designated region by actively engaging with the community.
  • Participate in and organize grassroots events to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
  • Community and Referral Partner Relationships: Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with key referral and community partners including physician offices, urgent care centers, first responders, school districts, recovery centers, sports facilities, high density living and other relevant businesses.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts that can provide ongoing referrals to Ally Medical ER.
  • Event Coordination and Participation: Organize monthly community CPR classes and other health-related events.
  • Arrange and participate in various community events such as career days, school physicals, educational sessions, lunch and learns, and any other events requiring company representation.
  • Actively seek opportunities to host or participate in events that align with Ally Medical ER's mission and values.
  • Communication and Social Media Engagement: Work closely with the online Social Media Strategist to provide visibility into grassroots efforts.
  • Capture and share photos and stories from community events for use on social media platforms to highlight engagement and brand presence.
  • Ensure all communications reflect the brand's voice and message consistently.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience working in an office, and good understanding of Microsoft Suite and G-Suite.
  • Customer services and/or sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to keep records of site visits and set a schedule for visits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • This role requires attention to detail and will require attentive consideration on how to approach each client.

Preferred

  • Degree in Communications or Marketing adjacent field.
