Responsibilities

• Engage directly with individuals at local events and outreach locations, introducing nonprofit campaigns in a way that reflects the purpose behind each brand
• Share campaign messaging clearly so each person understands how the brand creates impact within the Cincinnati community
• Guide conversations toward involvement, helping translate interest into measurable outreach and fundraising results
• Represent each nonprofit brand with consistency, maintaining a strong and professional presence during every interaction
• Support outreach efforts by contributing to daily engagement targets tied to overall campaign performance
• Adapt your approach based on the environment and the individual, keeping conversations natural while still focused on results
• Work alongside other Community Outreach Assistant team members to maintain steady visibility for each brand across different locations

Requirements

• Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is required to get started as a Community Outreach Assistant
• Background in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, or community outreach can translate well into this position
• Comfortable interacting face-to-face with a wide range of people while representing a brand in a positive and engaging way
• Ability to keep conversations organized and purposeful, especially when working toward performance-based goals
• Someone who enjoys being active, staying engaged throughout the day, and contributing to a team-focused environment
