Job Summary

Drive community outreach for Sola Kids Dental in South Central LA as a part-time 1099 contractor focused on introducing families to services and scheduling visits.

  • Must-have: Outgoing, friendly personality and ability to start conversations with strangers.
  • Standout: Spanish-speaking strongly preferred to reach majority of families.
  • Standout: Flexible part-time schedule with ~3 hours/day, 3-5 days/week.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Distribute flyers and materials in neighborhoods surrounding our South Central LA offices
  • Engage with community members and explain what Sola Kids Dental offers (free consultations, Medi-Cal / Denti-Cal accepted, braces for kids, and more)
  • Invite families to visit our offices and help them understand how to schedule
  • Represent Sola Kids Dental professionally and positively at all times
  • Track your outreach activity and report to our Community Engagement Manager

Requirements

  • Part-Time Independent Contractor (1099)
  • Outing, friendly personality — you genuinely enjoy talking to people
  • Comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations
  • Self-motivated and results-driven; you like earning based on your effort
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Spanish-speaking strongly preferred — most of our patients are Spanish-speaking families
  • No prior marketing or dental experience required — we'll train you
