Job Summary

Own local patient growth and community outreach to fill schedules, reactivate inactive patients, and convert inquiries into appointments.

  • Growth ownership: plan local marketing, community events, and business partnerships to drive new patient flow.
  • Operations and metrics: track new patients, utilization, and marketing impact to stay accountable.
  • Channel and audience: engage with local schools, churches, and employers while coordinating with digital marketing for alignment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the provider schedules remain productive and consistently filled.
  • Contact existing patients who are overdue for treatment, hygiene visits, or follow-up appointments.
  • Reach out to prospective patients and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
  • Implement patient reactivation campaigns and monitor results.
  • Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, community outreach programs, and networking activities.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, community organizations, and employers.
  • Represent Painless Dentistry at community events and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with the company’s digital marketing team to align local outreach efforts with online marketing campaigns.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including new patients, appointment utilization, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to increase patient flow and overall office growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, sales, business development, customer service, healthcare, or dental practices preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working toward measurable goals.
  • Ability to build relationships and represent the practice professionally within the community.
  • Experience with dental practice management software is a plus but not required.
  • 3 years (Preferred) experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, or dental
