Compliance & Quality: Strictly observe subreddit rules, formatting, and tone to preserve live content and avoid removals.
Delivery Rhythm: Sustain a steady flow of high-quality content under guidance from the Team Lead.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Content Creation: Write authentic, high-performing Reddit text posts, comments, and copy tailored to subreddits.
Compliance & Style: Adhere to subreddit rules, formatting guidelines, and tone requirements to keep content live and well-received.
Consistent Output: Maintain a steady pipeline of creative content while following Team Lead instructions.
Audience Research: Monitor trending topics, slang, and formats within communities to stay relevant.

Requirements

Location: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the US.
Reddit Expertise: Active Reddit user with marketing/growth experience; able to appear as a genuine community member.
Meticulous Attention to Detail: Able to follow complex writing briefs and compliance instructions perfectly.
Strong Work Ethic: Self-motivated and disciplined to hit daily content goals in a fully remote environment.
Adaptable Voice: Ability to shift writing style across communities.
