Job Summary

Own the HOA governance and community operations with board liaison, meeting ownership, and proactive financial oversight that keep neighborhoods compliant and well run.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Acting as the primary liaison to Boards of Directors and homeowners
Leading Board meetings , preparing agendas, and ensuring timely follow-up
Managing association operations in alignment with governing documents and management agreements
Reviewing financials and budgets , providing insight and recommendations
Overseeing vendors, contracts, and capital projects
Managing compliance, collections, and risk awareness
Conducting site inspections and maintaining community standards
Coordinating with internal teams, including the Client Shared Service Center

Requirements

Direct HOA / Community Management experience
Strong communication skills and confidence working with Boards
Working knowledge of financials, budgets, and operational planning
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communities effectively
Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset

Preferred

Industry certifications or licenses (CMCA, CCAM, AMS, etc.)
