Responsibilities

• Supporting community growth and engagement across platforms (especially Instagram + TikTok).
• Responding to DMs, comments, and mentions with brand voice and care.
• Being agile, open, and having a ‘rapid response’ approach to our online customers.
• Tracking and sharing relevant tags, mentions, and community insights.
• Monitoring email inboxes and responding to inbound influencer, creator, and partnership inquiries.
• Coordinate product donations and community requests, ensuring timely follow-up and organization.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and deadline-driven.
• Experience in customer service (retail, food service, etc.) is a huge plus!
• A creative thinker with a pulse on pop culture and social trends.
• Basic copywriting skills and a strong grasp of the CPG space.
• Familiarity with customer service platforms (Zendesk) and social reporting platforms (Dash Social, Meta Business Manager), preferred but not required.
• Proficient in TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be willing to work in Danbury, CT
