Drive homecare marketing outreach in Georgia by building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, families, and community partners to support Medicaid waiver programs.

  • Own regional relationship-building across Georgia to support program adoption.
  • Must-have: Experience with Georgia Medicaid waiver programs (e.g., ICWP, CCSP).

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Has solid experience with Georgia's Medicaid waiver programs, including Structured Family Care
  • Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Community Care Program (ICWP)
  • Community Care Services Program (CCSP)
  • SOURCE (Service Options Using Resources in a Community Environment)
  • Already has valuable connections within our service areas
  • Understands the ins and outs of how these programs serve our community
  • Has reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel 100% across Georgia
  • Ability to work independently and stay connected to a team

Preferred

  • Prior marketing or community outreach experience
  • Outgoing personality and comfort building relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience connecting with healthcare professionals, families, and community partners
