Drive healthcare outreach and referral growth by building relationships with providers and representing Centre HomeCare at events.

Own outreach to hospitals, nursing homes, physician offices, and community groups.
Must-have: Active LPN license and 2+ years in healthcare marketing or outreach.
Standout: Representing at health fairs and community events to boost referrals.

Building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers such as hospitals, nursing homes, physician offices, and other community organizations
Representing Centre HomeCare at health fairs, educational seminars, and community events
Developing and executing marketing and outreach strategies to grow referral volume
Assist with managing digital outreach including social media and email campaigns
Tracking performance metrics and refining strategies based on results
Collaborating with our clinical team to communicate the quality and heart behind our care

Active LPN license (required)
2+ years of marketing, outreach, or community liaison experience — healthcare setting preferred
A natural relationship-builder with strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage your own schedule and goals
Comfortable with digital tools, social media, and email marketing platforms
Creative, resourceful, and driven to make a difference
