Job Summary

Own community outreach and partnerships for a healthcare network, bridging hospitals, nursing facilities, and community orgs to drive referrals and awareness.

  • Build and sustain partnerships with hospitals, community groups, and referral sources to grow referrals and visibility.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Directors to align intake, admissions, and outreach across facilities.
  • Track outreach impact and support partnerships with data-driven reporting.

Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, community organizations, healthcare providers, and potential referral sources to enhance visibility and reputation.
  • Work as a team with Marketing Directors from the nursing facilities as Liaison with the hospitals to support intake and admissions.
  • Support the develop and implementation of community outreach strategies to increase awareness of skilled nursing services through media relations, social media marketing, and public speaking engagements.
  • Coordinate volunteer programs and manage volunteer engagement efforts to foster community involvement and relations
  • Collect data on outreach activities, track engagement metrics, and prepare reports to inform strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying new partnership opportunities and assisting with marketing campaigns aimed at increasing referrals.
