Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships throughout the community
• Represent Senior Helpers at networking and outreach events
• Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare and senior service providers
• Convert referral opportunities into active clients
• Create and coordinate local marketing initiatives to support growth objectives
• Manage and maintain local social media presence across approved platforms
• Develop and schedule social media content that promotes services, caregiver recruitment, community involvement, education, and brand awareness
• Capture and share community events, partnerships, and success stories while maintaining brand standards
• Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to increase local visibility
• Track outreach activity, referral development, and growth goals
