Job Summary

Grow and shape an active adult Discord community by fostering engagement, planning interactive events, and translating community feedback into on-brand merch ideas.

Community Growth: Attract engaged members who fit the vibe and help the server gain momentum.
Content & Events: Create daily prompts, plan giveaways, polls, and activities to sustain conversation.
Product & Feedback: Gather feedback on designs and turn community jokes and aesthetics into merch concepts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Welcoming and engaging new members
Creating daily/weekly conversation prompts
Helping plan giveaways, events, polls, and server activities
Finding places to promote the server without spamming
Bringing in quality members who fit the vibe
Helping with TikTok/IG/Reddit post ideas
Gathering feedback on clothing designs and merch ideas
Turning community jokes, phrases, and aesthetics into product ideas

Requirements

18+ only
Comfortable around adult-community branding
Good judgment and common sense
Active on Discord
Interested in clothing, social media, memes, creator culture, or community building
Able to commit around 5–10 hours/week
