Responsibilities

  • The Community Growth Ambassador is a full-time, on-site role based in Seattle, WA.
  • Focuses on building and fostering a strong JobGooRoo community through outreach, networking, and engagement activities.
  • Hosting events.
  • Creating engaging content for community platforms.
  • Interacting with members to address their needs.
  • Nurturing relationships with users, partners, and organizations.
  • Strategizing to grow and maintain an active user base while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.

Requirements

  • Community building, networking, and relationship management skills to foster connections and drive engagement
  • Content creation and social media management skills to develop compelling messages and campaigns
  • Event planning and coordination skills to organize meetups, webinars, or marketing activations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to represent JobGooRoo's values and mission effectively
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Experience with data-driven strategies for measuring community engagement and growth
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align community goals with broader company initiatives

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Community Management, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of the job market and applicant tracking systems (desired but not required)
