Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with development and implementation of marketing and outreach initiatives that support the organization’s mission and services.
  • Maintain and manage the organization’s social media presence, including creating content and monitoring engagement.
  • Support community outreach events, public relations opportunities, and engagement activities involving the company and partner organizations.
  • Assist in developing promotional materials, announcements, and communications highlighting company programs and services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support joint outreach and community initiatives.
  • Help monitor trends, feedback, and engagement metrics to assist leadership in evaluating communication strategies.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of public events, recruitment activities, and presentations.
  • Maintain digital content, images, and marketing materials for use across platforms.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for outreach initiatives and marketing projects.
  • Assist with internal communications and initiatives that promote employee engagement and organizational awareness.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college coursework or degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize projects and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Creative thinking and ability to contribute ideas for outreach and engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to represent the organization professionally in public settings.
