Responsibilities
- Moderate digital business community on Circle platform.
- Maintain content calendar for posts, discussion prompts, and interactive activities.
- Respond to member questions and foster meaningful conversations.
- Coordinate monthly events (virtual and / or in-person).
- Upload videos to community library.
- Create headers and other graphics using Adobe Express.
- Monitor engagement metrics to measure performance.
- Collaborate with marketing coordinator and program facilitator(s) to align community initiatives with overall goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma AND 2+ years’ experience supporting an online community, membership group or custom facing digital environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong command of English language.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time independently in an office environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems or ask questions when guidance is needed.
- Experience supporting events (virtual or in-person), or willingness to learn quickly.
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities.
- Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Circle platform for community management
- Zoom or Microsoft Teams for virtual events
- Adobe Express for visual content
