Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute growth plans for key executives’ social profiles (X, LinkedIn, Substack, and niche platforms).
  • Grow audiences with high-quality followers: researchers, lab leaders, R&D decision-makers, open-source contributors, and public-sector stakeholders.
  • Establish an “always-on” cadence: posts, replies, threads, commentary, and light community engagement that feels authentic and valuable.
  • Actively participate in discussions around AI-accelerated science, robotics, materials science, life science, chemistry, frontier tech, generative AI, and agentic science.
  • Bring Lila into conversations in helpful, credible ways, even in skeptical or high-signal threads.
  • Cultivate relationships with credible creators and technical influencers across academia, industry, and government-adjacent networks.
  • Orchestrate co-created moments: AMAs, roundtables, briefings, interviews, guest threads, and research spotlights that elevate Lila leaders.
  • Ghostwrite or co-author with executives and technical leaders while preserving their voice and cadence.
  • Coach leaders on engaging in replies and threads to build trust and depth, not hype.
  • Define and track meaningful metrics: follower quality, engagement depth, network effects, and relationship development.
  • Test hypotheses, and continuously refine the playbook.
