Job Summary

Own community and creator programs by turning everyday interactions into scalable content and partnerships.

  • Community & Creator Ownership: Drive daily engagement with UGC creators, influencers, and fans across Instagram, TikTok, and email to boost loyalty and sentiment.
  • Content & Creative Ops: Source and brief UGC, curate assets, and partner with social/creative teams to repurpose UGC into posts, reels, stories, and ads.
  • Measurement & Partnerships: Track UGC performance, scale winning creators, ensure rights and budgets, and translate community signals into future initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily community interactions with UGC creators and Influencers across Instagram, TikTok and email.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with customers, creators, ambassadors, and community members.
  • Monitor conversations, feedback, and emerging trends within the Sundae School community.
  • Identify opportunities to increase engagement, strengthen customer loyalty, and improve community sentiment.
  • Support community activations, events, and brand experiences both online and offline.
  • Source, curate, organize, and maintain a library of high-quality UGC assets for marketing use.
  • Research and build relationships with creators, customers, and brand advocates to secure content and permissions.
  • Coordinate creator gifting, product seeding, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Track creator and UGC performance and identify opportunities to scale successful partnerships.
  • Ensure all content usage rights and permissions are properly documented.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, social media, content marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working collaboratively across teams while also operating independently.
  • Passion for community building, storytelling, and brand marketing.
  • Genuine interest in fashion, streetwear, cannabis culture, and/or Korean culture.

Preferred

  • Experience managing creator, ambassador, or influencer programs.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and affiliate platforms such as Aspire, Social Snowball, Grin, or similar tools.
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
  • Basic photo, video, or content editing skills.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
  • Experience supporting events, brand activations, or community programs.
