Serve as on-site community ambassador at Daybreak, guiding homebuyers, coordinating partner communications, and supporting marketing and events.

• Own on-site information-center operations and on-site customer relations.
• Assist the sales and marketing team by gathering, analyzing and reporting data using MS Office, Google Docs, and various software programs.
• Coordinate with builder partners, development teams, and 3rd party groups to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of home sales and related activities.
• Manage the Daybreak website and ensure it reflects current information (builder offerings, floor plans, pricing, etc.).
• Work with the developer’s marketing team to maintain community updates and assist with community directionals/placemaking/builder signage.
• Manage the Daybreak social media and create content for Instagram and Facebook.
• Ensure information centers run smoothly, maintaining a positive, professional atmosphere; staff information center primarily solo; establish and carry out processes for building maintenance, customer relations, and errands.
• Participate in planning and carrying out events; occasional hours outside normal schedule; physical activity up to 50 lbs.
• Serve as the on-site representative for the community; observe and report needs related to landscaping, site cleanliness, signage repairs, and other elements impacting appearance and functionality.
