Responsibilities

• Use your training and experience in web development, video, photography, writing, and social media to creatively tell stories of God’s work in London.
• Develop communication tools to help share the gospel, create discipleship tools, encourage believers, mobilize new workers, and raise funds and prayer support for the London team.
• Design and create evangelism and discipleship tools for individuals and church plants
• Tell the story of new believers to encourage growth and development
• Live in a multicultural neighborhood
• Teach the Bible in formal and informal settings
• Evangelize and disciple people
• Establish and maintain local relationships
• Assist in the local church-planting process

Requirements

• Spiritually mature, exhibiting humility and godliness
• Theological education (formal or informal)
• Skilled storyteller: Ability to tell a story (writing, video, social media, web design, etc.) that draws people’s interest and attention.
• Experienced in evangelism and discipleship
• Communication Skills: The ability to clearly communicate with people from a variety of cultures, as well as the ability to faithfully teach Scripture
• Flexible: The ability to customize methods for a distinct cultural context and a desire to equip others to do the same
• Sensitivity and Insight: Experience or training with minority, diaspora, marginalized, or otherwise vulnerable populations, with the ability to discern the unique challenges of the local community
• Evangelism and Discipleship: At least 1-2 years of experience in evangelism and discipleship, with the capacity to equip and support others in their call to evangelize and disciple
• The candidate must be: Spiritually mature, exhibiting humility and godliness
