Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day with PR agencies across the US, UK, DACH, and ANZ — managing pitching, interview scheduling, media event logistics, and the Dragos press inbox
  • Coordinate press releases; review and edit bylines before publication
  • Coordinate deliverables for executive visibility programs, including blogs, bylines, and podcasts; support social amplification of top placements
  • Manage the spokesperson bench, coordinate schedules for media training, and support the earned speaking program for our experts, including the speaking calendar and portal with resources
  • Run the strategic awards program from calendar management through submission and promotion
  • Support reports that show the PR program’s delivery against established metrics
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of PR or communications experience, ideally in B2B technology or cybersecurity, in-house or agency
  • While the role is remote, candidates should be able to work Eastern Time hours due to collaboration across global teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with multiple concurrent programs and deadlines
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Proactive with strong ownership and follow-through, with a keen eye for where we can improve and the drive to help get us there
  • Collaborative and self-motivated in a remote work environment, able to work with teams across the company
