The position is responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing key accounts, marketing strategies and programs that promote cooperative services and enhance member engagement.
This role ensures alignment with cooperative goals by designing and managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to increase member satisfaction and participation in cooperative programs.
