Oversee Street Hope TN's communications strategy and outreach for a faith-based nonprofit.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • oversee all aspects of the organization's internal and external communications.
  • developing and managing strategic communication plans.
  • creating and curating content for various platforms.
  • managing social media accounts.
  • writing press releases and newsletters.
  • working closely with other teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • networking with local community organizations and stakeholders to support the organization’s mission and outreach efforts.

Requirements

  • Strong skills in Strategic Communication, Public Relations, and Media Relations.
  • Proficiency in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Editing for various platforms, including print, web, and social media.
  • Experience with Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, and Campaign Planning.
  • Excellent skills in Organization, Project Management, and Multitasking.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for the mission of combating human trafficking and working with nonprofit organizations.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design tools or content management systems is a plus.
