Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for translating company strategy, values, and service standards into clear communication, repeatable behaviors, and consistent customer experience across corporate locations and franchise parters.
  • This role operationalizes our culture therefore ensuring our brand promise is not only marketed, but delivered in the field, felt by customers, and reinforced internally. The position connects leadership, support teams, and field operations by turning business priorities into communication that teammates understand, adopt, and execute.
  • Culture & Behavior Communications
  • Prepare field-ready communiques demonstrating The Wildlife Way (TWW) in customer interactions.
  • Support rollout of company initiatives, service changes, and operational programs
  • Create communication tools/aids for district and field leaders.
  • Reinforce culture through recurring communication, recognition, and storytelling.
  • Internal Communications
  • Execute and help evolve the internal communications plan and annual communications calendar.
  • Manage internal communication channels (email, video, SMS, and emerging platforms).
  • Write and edit internal announcements.
  • Draft internal newsletters from content development through delivery and reporting.
  • Track engagement and recommend improvements based on performance metrics.
  • External Communications & Public Relations
  • Coordinate brand-related external communications and media inquiries.
  • Partner with Agency for press releases, public announcements, and market communications.
  • Support local publicity, franchise openings, partnerships, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with Managing Director, legal and operations during crisis communications.
  • Franchise Communications & Marketing Liaison
  • Serve as the communication link between franchise partners and corporate marketing.
  • Translate corporate initiatives into clear guidance, toolkits, and rollout communications.
  • Communicate brand standards, messaging updates, and campaign changes.
  • Support communication of marketing programs, platforms, and best practices.
  • Gather franchise feedback and relay insights to marketing and leadership.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (Community Engagement)
  • Support strategy and execution of company community service initiatives.
  • Create participation toolkits and communication materials for field teams.
  • Coordinate promotion of volunteer efforts and partnerships such as with schools, nonprofits, and local organizations.
  • Capture and share event stories, photos, and impact results internally.
  • Integrate community engagement into recruiting, culture, and brand reputation.
  • Track participation and results to improve future programs.
  • Storytelling & Employer Brand
  • Capture field and customer stories that demonstrate company values in action
  • Highlight service impact and employee contributions
  • Develop recruiting and “day-in-the-life” content to support hiring and retention
