Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with chip architects, engineers, and business leaders on product launches, strategic announcements, and thought leadership
  • Prepare engineers as credible spokespeople who can represent our work externally
  • Work across Amazon and AWS communications teams to coordinate messaging and amplify our hardware story
  • Build proactive media strategies that showcase customer impact and technical differentiation

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams in fast-paced environments
  • Track record of securing coverage in top-tier technology publications
  • Sound judgment under tight deadlines, particularly when balancing transparency with competitive sensitivity
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
