Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You will manage the content strategy for AWS Professional Services, partnering with cross- functional teams to drive key themes, messages, and channels;
  • Proactively build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders across a range of businesses and geographies;
  • Translate nuanced and complex business topics into communications content and strategies that drives engagement with our AWS employees;
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications through AI, digital analytics, surveys, and other key performance indicators;
  • Partner with other communications peers from across AWS on unified messaging and initiatives that include multiple organizations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience creating brand marketing content

Preferred

  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
