Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit content for emails, website updates, and event promotions
  • Create and schedule social media posts to promote WHLA events and initiatives
  • Design marketing materials and graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Support event promotion campaigns through coordinated messaging across platforms
  • Assist in maintaining brand voice and consistency across communications
  • Track engagement metrics and suggest ideas to improve reach and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience or interest in social media management
  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
