Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Produce content for and coordinate content delivery across multiple communication channels including but not limited to corporate website content, social media, and news media.
  • Support overall corporate advertising / branding strategy, in conjunction with the corporate media agency through effective communication of articles, digital ads, print advertising, billboards, and other deliverables.
  • Support events, conferences, trade shows, conventions, and external branding.
  • Oversee newsletters, e-blasts, internal announcements, and memos.
  • Provide support for culture committee.
  • Suggest new ways to incorporate interactive, video, and social media platforms into regular external communications vehicles.
  • Work in conjunction with sales leaders of key business lines to coordinate organized external marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate sponsorships and external promotion of all external industry events.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or other related field(s).
  • Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken).
  • Ability to coordinate complex projects and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of best practices related to communication planning, coordination, writing and delivery in the realms of public relations, internal communications, marketing, and advertising communications.
  • Ability to work under extremely tight deadlines.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
