Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and publish internal communications including company announcements, newsletters, and intranet updates.
  • Support external communications including press releases, blog posts, and social media content in coordination with marketing.
  • Maintain and update the NCT communications calendar and asset library.
  • Coordinate logistics and content for internal events, town halls, and all-hands communications.
  • Assist in managing NCT's social media presence, including drafting posts and scheduling content.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry news; compile relevant summaries for leadership.
  • Support executive communications including talking points, presentation narratives, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with HR and marketing on employer brand content and recruitment communications.
  • Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all communications touchpoints.
