Responsibilities

• Install commercial roofing and sheet metals jobs
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, and other low-slope roofing systems.
• Perform and oversee sheet metal fabrication and installation for roofing projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Enforce OSHA safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Train and mentor crew members on proper roofing and sheet metal installation techniques.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and manpower requirements.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions with project managers and clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Foreman required.
• Extensive experience with TPO, EPDM, and low-slope roofing systems.
• Strong background in sheet metal fabrication and installation.
• Proven ability to lead and manage roofing crews.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and work in physically demanding environments.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Preferred

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
• Experience with specialty commercial roofing systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
