Lead and support commercial litigation matters, including strategy and briefs.
Collaborate on marketing and business development, including client pitches and presentations.
Work effectively in a team on Venable's cases.

Responsibilities

Support commercial litigation activities, including complex commercial litigation.
Participate in marketing and business development activities, including client pitches and presentations.
Take on significant responsibility in Venable's cases.
Work well in a team.

Requirements

Three to five years of experience in commercial litigation.
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to and in good standing with the New York bar.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Please include law school transcripts with submissions.

Preferred

Prior law firm experience is preferred.
Experience with Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) litigation is a plus.
