Job Description

Responsibilities

Generate accurate commercial insurance quotes through multiple carrier platforms.
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of client and prospect data within the agency management system.
Develop clear, customized insurance proposals to support small and medium business clients' coverage needs.
Expand industry knowledge through company-sponsored training, continuing education, and professional designation programs.
Collaborate with Commercial Lines Team to develop insurance solutions that meet client needs.
Review carrier quotes for accuracy, competitiveness, and coverage differences before presenting recommendations.

Requirements

3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred.
Active New York State Property & Casualty License required.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and underwriting principles.
Experience marketing commercial accounts with multiple insurance carriers.
Ability to analyze carrier quotes and identify the most competitive coverage solutions.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency with agency management systems and carrier rating platforms.
