Responsibilities

• Role overview: The Commercial Year-Round Co-op Program provides students with the opportunity to work with experienced and inspiring leaders to accomplish business objectives in our Marketing, Sales, and Owner Channel organizations.
• This program offers part-time work experience (between 20-25 hrs/week) during Fall & Spring school semesters, with potential for increased hours in the Summer.
• The majority of positions are located in Louisville, KY; with limited remote opportunities.
• Upon strong performance, co-ops will have the ability to interview for a full-time position post-graduation in our Commercial Development Program.

Requirements

• Must be a full-time student currently enrolled in a 4-year accredited college or university program pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, Finance or related field.
• Must hold and maintain a minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 overall grade point average.
• Must graduate May 2027 or later (must be enrolled throughout the duration of internship).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Legal authorization to work in the country/region where the business is hiring is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now, nor in the future, for this position.
