Own end-to-end eCommerce and retail media programs, translating data into integrated strategies, optimizing campaigns, partnerships, and client education across retail channels.

  • Analyze data to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and drive sales and margins
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product while mentoring teammates

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage account portfolios and conduct strategic reviews across retail and media channels
  • Develop and execute integrated retail and media strategies to maximize ROI and retention
  • Analyze marketplace and media data to identify opportunities, recommend optimizations, and improve sales and margins
  • Define optimal media channel mix (Sponsored Ads, DSP, Video, etc.) and execute award-winning campaigns
  • Optimize product pages, metadata, and promotional strategy
  • Create data-driven presentations, budgets, forecasts, and biweekly reporting
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on eCommerce platforms and retail media
  • Educate clients on best practices and how retail and media tactics work together
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams
  • Mentor junior team members and identify process improvements

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of eCommerce, client management, digital marketing, or data analysis experience
  • Strong background in paid search (PPC), DSP/programmatic activation, or multi-channel media strategy
  • Deep knowledge of eCommerce marketplaces and Amazon's advertising ecosystem
  • Advanced data analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and collaborative
  • Passionate about Commerce and retail media with ability to learn quickly and adapt
