Job Summary

Own cross-functional marketing project management across commerce content, web marketing, and analytics, ensuring timely delivery of large programs and webinars with strong enablement and risk controls.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead the full project lifecycle—planning, execution, tracking, and closeout—across a portfolio of high-impact marketing initiatives. Ensure projects meet defined scope, quality, timelines, and objectives per calendar release
  • Project Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, workflows, and meeting notes. Build and deliver regular status reports that provide transparent visibility to stakeholders and leadership
  • Manage communication, site operations, and forum coordination
  • Prepare webinar agendas, ensure presenter readiness, and track action items
  • Support SMEs with new releases, programs, and initiatives
  • Support webinar and training content development
  • Advise on enablement strategy and adoption improvements
  • Fulfill urgent content update requests, including HTML revisions
  • Stakeholder Management & Facilitation: Facilitate project meetings and cross-functional working sessions, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and accountability
  • Risk Management & Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress across multiple workstreams, proactively identify bottlenecks and risks, and drive mitigation strategies to protect timelines and deliverables

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Project or Program Management, with direct experience supporting Commerce teams (Commerce Operations, Web Marketing, and/or Marketing Analytics)
  • Proven experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced B2B SaaS environment with enterprise-level stakeholder complexity
  • Power user of workflow management; able to build, manage, and optimize project workflows that serve as a single source of truth
  • Technical acumen and conceptual understanding of how marketing technology systems work-including APIs, data integrations, and attribution processes. Familiarity with tools such as Adobe experience manager
  • Highly adaptable change agent who can manage shifting priorities, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and pivot gracefully in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to translate between communication objectives and technical requirements, serving as a credible partner to both marketers and engineers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are collaborative, kind, and able to build trusted relationships across a cross-functional organization
  • Problem-solving and decision-making mindset—you are solutions-focused, proactive about surfacing risks, and comfortable operating independently with minimal supervision
