Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive local-oriented outreach campaigns within your assigned region.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new outreach opportunities through warm calling, networking, and industry research.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with the target population, understanding their unique challenges and delivering customized solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility in your region.

Requirements

  • Strong learning ability and desire.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales, preferably within senior care, high-end wellness, golf club, cosmetic surgery, regenerative therapy, hospice, cognitive care, dementia care, MCI prevention, and residential building management sectors, is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—that facilitate clear presentations and persuasive discussions.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to craft strategic approaches.
  • Experience in technical sales or marketing is a plus, along with knowledge of the technology industry landscape.
