Own the adoption and activation of Epsilon’s person-first media solutions for Auto clients, coordinating with sales and partners to turn objectives into measurable media outcomes.

  • Delivery ownership: ensure delivery excellence and operational health for flagship retail accounts.
  • Strategic reporting: provide reliable reporting and actionable insights to build long-term client trust.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as a pivotal individual contributor driving the strategic adoption and successful activation of Epsilon’s person-first media solutions for key clients within the Auto vertical.
  • Collaborate daily with Epsilon Sales, Publicis agency partners, and internal cross-functional teams to transform client business objectives into high-performing media realities.
  • Directly influence Epsilon’s growth by ensuring delivery excellence and operational health for our most significant retail accounts.
  • Provide reliable reporting and practical insights that build long-term trust with clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, media, analytics, or client success.
  • Strong client service approach with a proven ability to manage collaborators and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working with performance data to monitor campaign health and identify trends.

  • Direct experience within the digital media landscape, specifically with platform-based execution
  • A self-starter who recognizes potential challenges early and approaches them with a proactive outlook
