Drive theatrical account leadership as a Group Account Director, directing high‑impact campaigns for entertainment clients and coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Client collaboration: You will be the primary point of contact for a select number of our theatrical clients.
  • Creative thinking: You will deliver sound campaign strategy to your clients and brief/guide creative output from our in-house Creative team.
  • Media maven: You will oversee and implement sound cross-platform media strategy delivered by our in-house Media team.
  • Critical thinking: Working with our in-house Business Intelligence team, you will assess and report on the success of our campaigns, making proactive recommendations to your clients where necessary.
  • Leading and Mentoring: You will develop and manage direct report team to deliver best in class service to our clients.
  • Big-Picture thinking: You will contribute to the agency’s commercial and business objectives.
  • New Business: You will share responsibility to promote and raise profile of the agency with clients and new business prospects.

Requirements

  • 7 - 10 years in a Senior Advertising or Marketing role (ideally servicing the entertainment or attractions and destinations industry)
  • A commitment to deliver strategic, innovative, and effective integrated campaigns for our clients.
  • The ability to lead and inspire both clients and colleagues to deliver the best work.
  • A collaborative approach to problem solving and troubleshooting.
  • Thorough knowledge of all of AKA's services
  • Understands and delivers against financial goals
  • A roster of well-established client and supplier relationships
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Social Networking platforms
