Job Summary

Owns Demand Generation opportunities from discovery to close, coordinating campaign setup, reporting, and cross-functional execution for merchants.

  • Leads 301+ pitches and advanced reporting with AMs and product teams
  • Maintains Salesforce Media Cloud records and drives adoption of 301+ solutions
  • Partners across Revenue Ops and Ads teams to ensure campaign success

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work with AMs to identify Demand Generation opportunities within their portfolio.
  • Align on Uber's Demand Generation solutions and value proposition to merchants with a one uber solutions mindset.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to both the sales team and customers on specialized product capabilities
  • Analyze merchant insights shared by AMs to confirm potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Demand Generation solutions.
  • Create a comprehensive pitch plan featuring holistic Demand Generation product solutions and share it with AMs to consolidate the deal.
  • Document all opportunities in Salesforce Media Cloud
  • Lead 301+ level Demand Generation pitches, including discovery, handling objections, and budget recommendations.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on new products, advanced questions, and technical specifications, tailoring value propositions accordingly.
  • Support AMs in pitching ads and offers at the 101 & 201 levels while handling specialized 301+ solutions.
  • Collaborate with AMs to guide merchants through the decision-making process and secure verbal commitments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-time experience
  • Experience working in a sales or account management client facing role

Preferred

  • Previous experience in advertising/media sales
  • Ability to build relationships with multiple internal and external partners
  • Experience in end-to-end SMB and/or Mid-Market Digital Advertising Sales
  • Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and implement strategic sales plans that result in success for our partners and Uber
  • Excellent negotiation, problem solving skills and cross-functional relationship skills
  • Creative storyteller with the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision makers
  • Strong leadership ability
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
