Responsibilities

• The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing and public relations initiatives to elevate SSM&L's brand and ensure marketplace growth.
• The CMO will oversee marketing operations, manage teams, develop innovative marketing campaigns, establish strong relationships with clients, and conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment with organizational goals will be a key aspect of this role.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management
• Strong background in Market Research and ability to analyze trends to influence strategies
• Experience in Public Relations and developing communication strategies that resonate with diverse audiences
• Comprehensive knowledge of Sales strategies to drive revenue generation and client engagement
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects with a focus on collaboration and results
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
