• lead and direct the organization’s marketing strategy and initiatives, focusing on promoting Boyaa Interactive’s current and upcoming products, including its Web3-related ventures.
• strategic market planning
• conducting in-depth market research
• strengthening public relations and brand presence
• overseeing marketing and sales operations
• ensure optimum performance from the marketing team
• devising tactics to increase market reach and drive company growth

Requirements

• Proven experience in Market Planning and Market Research to create and implement strategic growth plans.
• Expertise in Public Relations and brand management to enhance visibility and reputation.
• Strong skills in Marketing Management and Sales to lead teams and achieve business objectives.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication abilities to drive strategic marketing decisions.
• Experience in digital marketing and familiarity with Web3 technologies is a strong advantage.

Preferred

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
