Job Summary

Own and deliver end-to-end experiential marketing programs that create high-impact attendee experiences and drive business growth across in-person and virtual events.

  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (creative/content, operations, vendors) and manage budgets, vendor relationships, and performance for cost-effective programs.
  • Ensure compliance, event tech readiness, risk planning, and timely reporting to stakeholders for a flawless attendee journey.

Job Description

Own and deliver end-to-end experiential marketing programs that drive client interactions and business growth across in-person and virtual events.

  • Responsibilities: Develop and deliver strategic event and experiential programs that drive meaningful interactions with clients and prospects and support business growth across events of various sizes and formats (in-person and virtual).
  • Responsibilities: Own end-to-end event delivery, where applicable, including ideation, plan development, agenda creation, content development, speaker sourcing and readiness, logistics, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Responsibilities: Serve as the marketing coverage lead for Auto Marketing events, supporting local/regional initiatives and large-scale/national programs as needed.
  • Responsibilities: Coordinate integrated workstreams across creative/content, event operations, vendor management, and execution to deliver a seamless, high-quality program experience.
  • Responsibilities: Manage vendor, agency, and venue relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting support, performance management, and post-event evaluation to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Responsibilities: Track and manage event budgets with ongoing monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting; optimize spend and resource allocation.
  • Responsibilities: Coordinate with internal compliance/controls and required review processes to ensure all activities adhere to applicable policies and procedures (e.g., ad review tools and Legal & Compliance reviews).
  • Responsibilities: Own event technology execution (e.g., RSVP and virtual event platforms) and ensure alignment with marketing and communication channels for a seamless attendee experience.
  • Responsibilities: Develop post-event follow-up strategies (communications, feedback collection, lead/next-step coordination) and ensure timely pre- and post-event reporting to stakeholders.
  • Responsibilities: Support risk assessments, contingency planning, and on-site issue resolution to protect the customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; degree in communications, hospitality, marketing, business.
  • Requirements: 7+ years of relevant experience in event marketing/experiential marketing, event strategy and execution, marketing, and/or project management.
  • Requirements: Ability to manage multiple concurrent, high-priority initiatives in a dynamic environment with limited oversight; strong attention to detail and execution quality.
  • Requirements: Strong stakeholder and partner management skills; excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication; comfort working with senior/executive leadership.
  • Requirements: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, integrating multiple workstreams and managing feedback from diverse stakeholders.
  • Nice-to-have: CMP/PMP or similar certification.
  • Nice-to-have: Luxury brand experience.
  • Nice-to-have: Auto industry and/or financial services experience
  • Nice-to-have: Flexibility to support events outside standard business hours as needed.
  • Nice-to-have: Travel required 75% of the time.
