Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of channel marketing projects, from intake and planning through execution and post-launch review
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep initiatives on schedule and within scope
  • Oversee new store openings, remodels, and refits across North America from concept and construction through store opening and project closeout.
  • Support and oversee marketing initiatives including in-store promotions, visual merchandising updates, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and local market activations
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, compliance, and readiness
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, creative, property, procurement commercial, operations, digital) and external vendors or agencies
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all retail touchpoints
  • Apply best-practice knowledge of North American retail operations to refine global frameworks and toolkits.
  • Act as a key liaison between North American teams and the Global Channel Marketing function.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or retail marketing
  • Experience working in premium retail, consumer goods, or omnichannel environments
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to manage store rollouts, construction-related projects, and operational programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Have

  • Experience managing in-store marketing, visual merchandising, or promotional campaigns
  • Familiarity with North American retail operations and store-level execution
  • Experience working globally across other countries
  • Experience working with creative agencies, and production vendors
  • Spatial Design skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics
