Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Owns and leads the modernization and transformation of customer offers across multiple lines of business
  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Manages product releases and is fully accountable for all testing pre and post deployment
  • Owns production monitoring and actively triages issues with technology partners
  • Owns the product planning process and travels to meet with partners and stakeholders
  • Acts as the voice of the customer by synthesizing feedback and translating insights into clear product priorities and outcomes
  • Partners with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, marketing, analytics) to deliver high-quality products with strong scalability, resiliency, and stability

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with and supporting multiple lines of business
  • Proven ability to fully own and account for a substantial book of work with autonomy
  • Superior expertise in improving product metrics, scaling existing products to further meet the needs of a growing customer base, and continuously evaluating new opportunities to drive innovation
  • Proven experience owning customer-facing experiences that drive engagement and retention
  • Proven ability to engage and partner with other Product and Technology teams to deliver roadmap priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define, measure, and manage product success metrics (e.g., cost, functionality, risk posture, reliability)
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional partners to deliver against product strategy and vision
  • Ability to drive product decisions using data, customer feedback, and lifecycle learnings to improve outcomes and client experiences

Preferred

  • Experience in leading highly visible, strategically critical initiatives under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Executive presence and proven excellence in effectively communicating product value to stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Experience influencing without direct authority and building alignment across multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Demonstrated ability to support high-quality product launches through coordinated planning, readiness, and post-launch feedback collection
  • Familiarity with operating models that emphasize scalability, resiliency, and stability as core product outcomes
  • Strong track record of applying customer insights and metrics to continuously refine product strategy, roadmap, and experience
