We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) / Restorative Nursing Assistants (RNA) to join our skilled nursing team. This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule, including every other weekend. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide compassionate, safe, and respectful care Observe and report changes in resident condition Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines Provide supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed and perform duties as assigned Assist with weighing residents according to facility policy and record weights in designated locations Report significant weight changes to the nurse and supervisor For RNA: assist with restorative nursing programs as assigned Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and rights Qualifications Active CNA certification in the state of [State] RNA certification Ability to work a rotating schedule with every other weekend Strong communication and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred Benefits Competitive pay Full-time benefits package Supportive leadership team Opportunities for growth and advancement
