Responsibilities

Engage with homeowners through in-person outreach in assigned residential neighborhoods
Create awareness and generate interest in our home improvement services
Schedule appointments for our expert in-home consultants – no selling required
Use tools like Spotio to track your daily activity and results
Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to sharpen your skills

Requirements

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, self-driven, and goal-oriented personality
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Previous canvassing or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
