Lead campus guest services and tours for prospective students and families, representing the College in on-site admissions activities.

  • Lead and conduct campus tours, events, and guest services.
  • Must-have: Current CSS student with federal work-study eligibility.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and provide exemplary campus tours to our guests (prospective students, families, and visitors to the College), both scheduled and unscheduled
  • Maintain knowledge of campus updates, policies, and offerings
  • Assist with event setup, check-in, and other guest services as needed
  • Represent the college positively at admissions events
  • Answer questions about academic programs, student life, and campus resources
  • Share personal student experiences and campus information
  • Take and distribute messages
  • Assist with mailings
  • Retrieve supplies when needed
  • Taking the initiative to perform other duties for staff that may require assistance
