Job Summary

Own end-to-end digital media execution across display, search, social, video, and programmatic channels, driving campaign design, QA, and insights that align client goals with Kepler’s best practices.

  • Campaign Operations: traffic, launch, QA, and adherence to platform specs across multiple media trading platforms.
  • Platform Expertise: leverage Kepler’s proprietary software and analytics tools to optimize performance and reporting.
  • Collaboration & Insights: partner with Client Solutions and Media Analytics to translate goals into actionable campaigns and data-driven insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Traffic and launch digital marketing campaigns across multiple media trading platforms.
  • Become an expert with media trading platforms and analytics tools across multiple digital channels, including display (banner ads), mobile (smartphone, tablet), search (Google, Yahoo!/Bing), social (Facebook, Twitter), Amazon and online video (Hulu, YouTube), ad servers and brand safety platforms among others.
  • Become an expert in Kepler’s proprietary software suite.
  • Regularly follow QA processes across your own work and sometimes peers to ensure flawless execution for clients´s campaigns.
  • Provide input and guidance around digital media advertising campaign design to ensure that formats and specs are being followed to the guidelines provided by each media platform.
  • Work with Kepler's Client Solutions team to understand your client's goals, provide subject matter expertise, and communicate powerful campaign insights.
  • Work with Kepler's Media Analytics team to facilitate reporting and ad hoc analysis.
  • Work closely with other members of the Campaign Operations team ensuring Kepler´s best practices and standarized processes are being followed across the board.

Requirements

  • 1 year of professional experience in online advertising Social and Programmatic channels (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, Display, Amazon suite and similar).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising/Communications or related field preferred but not required.
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and internet technologies, with a proven ability to think creatively about challenging problems.
  • Excellent English communication skills, B2+ level or above.
  • Ability to “do what it takes” and manage a complex workload that spans program execution, analysis, and client communications.
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details.
  • Ability to contribute to fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-based environment.
