Job Summary

Own the end-to-end paid search program for clients, from strategic planning and campaign optimization to data-driven performance reviews and budgeting, while coordinating with internal teams and delivering clear client guidance.

  • Campaign Management: Oversee optimization, reporting, and keyword strategies to lift performance.
  • Client Leadership: Communicate results and insights via calls, emails, and presentations to inform next steps.

  • Responsibilities: Create and execute digital account strategies and plans for clients
  • Responsibilities: Oversee campaign management, optimization, and reporting of paid search campaigns
  • Responsibilities: Contribute to strategy and annual planning
  • Responsibilities: Interface with internal agency counterparts to share ideas, communicate service offerings, and to identify and deliver new solutions for clients
  • Responsibilities: Review client deliverables for quality and ensure that recommendations and work product are sound and viable
  • Responsibilities: Effectively manage keyword strategies
  • Responsibilities: Provide excellent communication and thought leadership to clients via calls, emails and direct contact presentations
  • Responsibilities: Command data analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend and implement changes for increasing the performance of client programs
  • Responsibilities: Manage budgeting, forecasting, billing and invoicing
  • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred
  • Requirements: 1+ years of paid search experience, preferably on the agency side
  • Requirements: Experience running Demand Gen campaigns in addition to standard search campaigns
  • Requirements: Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Search Ads 360 preferred
  • Requirements: Demonstrated problem solving, organization, and project management skills
  • Requirements: Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks
