Job Summary

Own and deliver end-to-end demand generation campaigns, coordinating requirements, tracking progress, and communicating outcomes to Sales and Success teams while ensuring timely delivery and achievement of customer goals.

  • Lead the full execution cycle from requirements gathering to reporting and forecast management
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and program health
  • Provide status updates and performance insights to leadership and clients

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage all behind-the-scenes aspect of a demand generation program;
  • Collect, assess and communicate complex campaign requirements;
  • Track and monitor progress and health of all campaigns;
  • Provide top-notch customer service by providing quality assurance on all outgoing deliverables and ensuring customer program goals are accurately met;
  • Identify and troubleshoot campaign and/or customer-facing issues;
  • Provide status and performance reports to Sales, Customer Success and Client Delivery Leadership;
  • Manage and monitor forecasted revenue;
  • Use various reports to monitor pacing of programs and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery on all standard deals;
  • Support day-to-day operational tasks and take on additional projects as the need arises

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (concentration in marketing, management or business a plus, but not required)
  • 0-2 years of experience (experience working as a Campaign Manager a plus, but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated self-starter and extremely reliable
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The ability and willingness to understand the targeted needs of B2B advertisers, IT professionals, and the IT industry as a whole
  • Ability to work with a variety of colleagues in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and projects
  • Solid time management skills with the ability to multi-task, work independently and meet aggressive deadlines;
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer application literate
